Each and every one of us stands at a fork in the road. We can either travel down the path that is familiar to us, or we can head down the unfamiliar path towards the unknown. One may feel safe, but is ultimately destined to limit us. The other, definitely scary, but will lead us to our greatness!

Spirituality. Without my faith in Spirit and the Divine Universe, I would not be where I am today. Here, I will share my journey to spirituality and what it means to me. My trials and transformations over the years. And all my thoughts on the mysteries life has to offer.
health and fitness. I one hundred percent believe we have the power to change ourselves on a physiological level and it begins with how we treat our bodies. I’ll share my experience to healing my body, and ultimately, my mental health.
Motherhood. Being a mother is truly my purpose in life. To bring souls into this world, to love and nurture each and every one of them so they have the solid foundation they need to thrive in this lifetime. It is not easy, and I won’t pretend I have all the answers, but it is my goal to be better for them every single day.

The family I have created with my husband. It is truly everything I hoped for when I was a little girl.
My personal library. I love to read and I will always find a good reason to buy a book. Or maybe two. Or more!
